A local, human, and free service

At Accueil aux immigrants de l’Est de Montréal (AIEM), we support immigrant parents and newly arrived families to facilitate their socio-economic integration and autonomy. Through our community outreach worker service, we help you understand available services, access the right resources, and avoid facing complex procedures alone, especially if you have children or are expecting a baby.

  • Meetings in your neighbourhood or at our offices
  • Listening and understanding your reality
  • Clear and reliable information
  • Support with certain procedures
  • Connection to the right resources at the right time

A human, respectful, non-judgmental approach, adapted to the daily reality of immigrant parents.
